March is parading up on us and we take a look over our calendars it can seem quite bare in comparison to the non-stop festive season we’ve endured from late 2019 till to the closure of February. This is where Hunter and Bligh steps in. We’ve found Australia’s best foodie events that will be sizzling up March 2020.

From a cider and pork festival in Perth, to the welcoming of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and even a month-long meat extravaganza at one of Sydney’s best smokehouses and whisky havens, here are the best foodie events across Australia this March 2020. We’ve found it all and now it’s time for you to eat it all.


NOLA’s Meat March

If you love meat get ready to march into NOLA Smokehouse and Bar this March. This month-long meat extravaganza will showcase some of NOLA’s best slow cooked and smoked meat offerings. On offer will be a Texan Tuesday BBQ Feast ($55), a Southern BBQ Battle ($90) and a whopping one-kilogram whiskey-washed aged steak ($145/kg) available for lunch and dinner daily. NOLA will also have a Meat March Hotdog ($12) and a Southern-style Kebab ($20) available each day for lunch and dinner. Plus, each Sunday NOLA will be offering an all-you-can-eat meat ($65) lunch which includes unlimited brisket, pork shoulder, organic chicken and cold-smoked lamb.
